MUST BE A REAL ESTATE LICENSEE REGISTRERED FOR THIS CLASS VIA THE HCAR ELEVATE CONFERENCE

Category J- 3.0 CEU

This course is required for agents completing their first real estate license renewal. It will count as an elective for those licensed before October 1, 2023.

New agents will learn the legal definition of a Contract, the basics of preparing a Contract, validity of Contracts and much more.
