Category O- 1.5 CEU

This course is required for agents completing their first real estate license renewal. It will count as an elective for those licensed before October 1, 2023.                                                                         

New Agents will learn the role of financing and RESA Statement, Letter Line-Up, Fundamentals of FHA, VA, Conventional, Sales products, Specialty products and financing and the Sales Contract products.
