Please follow the instructions for Non-members to create an HCAR profile account. If you were a previous member of any REALTOR® association please look up your M1ID, this will afford you the correct pricing for your membership. After account creation you will see an option to apply to become an HCAR member.

If this is your first time being a REALTOR® please search by Last name and Real Estate license number. When not found, please create the account and also apply to become an HCAR member.

Current HCAR Members

To reset your password please email staff at HCAR.org or call the HCAR office at 410-715-1437 so we can reset it for you. Or if it after office hours you can generate a password reset email. Please search using your last name and your email address on file, or your last name and M1 ID.

Non-members who wish to create an account for attending classes or events

If you've belonged to any other REALTOR® Association in the country then you're already in the national member database. Try searching for yourself using your last name, your real estate license, and your M1 ID (formerly called NRDS ID) to find your profile. This can affect the pricing of store purchases affording you a discount as a REALTOR® for classes and REALTOR® only events. If you do not know your M1 ID you can find it on NAR.Realtor.
